For people with no root who use proot on Box64Droid. Only for Unity games:

Create a .bat file (rename a txt) and add the line: gamename.exe -force-gfx-direct and save the file.
i.e. songsofconquest.exe -force-gfx-direct.
Put the file in the game folder where the executable is and run the bat file... not the exe file. Your Unity game will run without the annoying, random banner crash. Note that other crashes may still occur for other reasons...
