Update the OS
1. Verify and Repair Game Files
2. Create Desktop Shortcut and Run as Administrator
3. Clean Install GPU Drivers

4. Repair Gaming Services, Xbox App, and Game
5. Reset Gaming Services, Xbox App, and Game
6. Make sure you login to Xbox and MS Store using the same account that has active GamePass subscription
7. Ensure correct date, time and region
8. Reinstall Gaming Services
9. Powershell command get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers
Restart PC and xbox app to reinstall gaming services
10. Powershell command Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
11. Install Xbox Identify Provider https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9wzdncrd1hkw?hl=en-us&gl=US
12. Enable Offline Permissions in MS Store
13. Disconnect all external devices - petals, wheels, vjoy, controllers, external bluetooth devices
14. Launch Game in Clean Boot Environment
15. Delete MS Store Cache - C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache
16. Set Automatic Startup for:
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services
17. Run CMD command sc.exe stop licensemanager
18. Reinstall the Game
19. Reset the PC
