Step 1) Delete the config folder (All Saved settings will be lost)
Step 2) Rename Save game files, create a backup first (Save game progress will be lost)
Step 3) Steam users avoid sign in with a Microsoft account.
Step 4) Install Easy AntiCheat
Step 5) Try -dx11/-dx12
Step 6) Run the game from the game installation folder, Run the game as an administrator, try compatibility mode, disable full screen optimization
Step 7) If you are using any third-party antivirus like Comodo, Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, bit defender, then allow the game exe to your antivirus program. Windows Security users allow the game exe file to controlled folder access and firewall, if you are using Malwarebytes, add game exe files and the complete game folder to the Ransomware Protection module exclusion list
Step 8) Perform clean installation of graphics driver

Step 9) Run the game on dedicated graphics card, desktop users, make sure that your monitor is plugged in to the correct dedicated graphics card
Step 10) Verify the game files
Step 11) Turn on/off Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling
Step 12) Try power saver mode/install intel extreme tuning utility tool
Step 13) Install Visual C++ files

Step 14) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 15) Unplug external devices such as hotas, pedals, racing wheel, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disable steam overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia app, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay). Do not overclock, set it default, close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager remove the undervolt
Step 16) Increase Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings.
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 17) Update system BIOS
Step 18) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
