Fix Goat Simulator 3 Crash to desktop (CTD), Unreal Engine (UE4) Crash, Stuck on Loading,Fix Goat Simulator 3 Not Launching,Fix Goat Simulator 3 Black Screen & Freezing
Step 1) Restart computer
Step 2) Run the game from the game installation folder
Step 3) Run the game as an administrator, disable full screen optimization
Step 4) If able to launch the game login with epic account in game.
Step 5) Delete the save game files (This will result in loss of game progress)
Step 6) Verify the game files

Step 8) Increase the Virtual Memory:
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 9) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security and Firewall
Step 10) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 11) Close all the overlay apps, close all the overclocking application, perform clean boot

Step 13) Install Media Feature Pack: If you are using N versions of Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/media-feature-pack-list-for-windows-n-editions-c1c6fffa-d052-8338-7a79-a4bb980a700a or switch normal Windows 10/11 editions
Step 14) Update your Windows
Step 15) Disconnect multiple monitors, unplug all the USB devices, Logitech wheel, joystick, Razer Tartarus gamepad, vjoy, Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 16) Try Windowed mode and lower down graphics settings
Step 17) Update System BIOS
Step 18) Uninstall and reinstall the game to the different drive (Try SSD first)
