Step 1) Run Steam/Epic Launcher as an administrator
Step 2) Perform a clean installation of graphics driver. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

Step 3) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 4) Set date, time zone to automatic
Step 5) Manually set the time back to 1 day, set it to automatic once you are on the game menu
Step 6) Add all the exe file to antivirus program/windows security
Step 7) Verify the game files
Step 8) Close Razer software/ Voicemeeter software owner.
Step 9) Go to game installation folder Hell Let Loose\HLL\Content delete the Paks folder., verify the files again
Step 10) %localappdata% then press Enter. Delete you HLL Folder
Step 11) Run these commands

netsh int ip reset
Step 12) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder, try running the game in compatibility mode.
