Step 1) Restart Steam, Restart your PC
Step 2) Verify the game files
Step 3) If able to launch the launcher, then uncheck HDR, Nvidia Reflex Low Latency, DLSS Frame Generation, lower down graphics preset, try window mode, try v sync off/on
Step 4) Avoid using Alt + Tab
Step 5) Set p core ratio to 54x (instead of default 57x) in Intel Extreme tuning utility
Step 6) Launch the game with controller connected
Step 7) Disable/Enable the Steam Input
Step 8) Use Wired connection to connect controller
Step 9) Perform a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 10) Unplug External devices such as hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager, disable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, perform cleanboot, remove the undervolt
Step 11) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security and Firewall
Step 12) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder, try running the game in compatibility mode
Step 13) Try -dx11 or -dx12 in launch options
Step 14) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 15) Create a backup and rename/delete the save game files (This will result in loss of game progress)

Step 17) Increase the Virtual Memory:
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 18) Update your Windows
Step 19) Update System BIOS
Step 20) Uninstall the game, delete the game folder, restart your PC and reinstall the game to C Drive (SSD Drive), if already installed in C drive try installing to another SSD.
