Step 1) Switch to DirectX12 and vice versa.
Step 2) If using controller use a mouse at Press Any Key screen and then continue with the controller.
Step 3) Change Process Priority to Realtime for Madden NFL 21. Press Alt + Tab and open task manager
Step 4) Unplug your Controller/Gamepad before launching the game and plug it back in after you get to the Menu.
Step 5) Disable overlay in Origin, steam users in steam and close all the overlay apps, also close all the overclocking apps and do not overclock CPU or GPU.
Step 6) Laptop users with dual graphics card: Run Madden NFL 21 on dedicated graphics card.
Step 7) Do a clean installation of graphics card driver.
Step 8) Run the game as an administrator.
Step 9) Try Windows 8 compatibility mode.
Step 10) Lower down the game resolution to 1920x1080 or 720, Try Auto-detect for FPS or Lock the FPS at 30, Turned off Antialiasing, Turn off Bloom and 3d Grass

Step 12) Update windows 10 to the latest version
Step 13) Perform Clean boot & Stop the Windows 10 Apps from Running in the Background
Step 14) Repair the game in Origin or Steam
Step 15) Uninstall and reinstall the game
