Step 1) Make sure Servers are up and running

Step 2) Restart Steam/EA App/Restart your PC
Step 3) Run EA App/Steam as an administrator
Step 4) Enable Secure boot- Shut down your PC, start your PC and immediately keep tapping BIOS key on the keyboard (such as F2/F10/F11 etc. the bios key differs for different brand PC)
- Enable Secure Boot In BIOS, contact system manufacturer before making changes as this may lead to no boot issue.

- Reset Factory Keys in BIOS has worked for many players, look up for Reset Factory Keys as per your Motherboard Name/Model, again contact system manufacturer before making changes as this may lead to no boot issue.
Step 5) If you are using any third-party antivirus like Comodo, Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, bit defender, then allow the game exe to your antivirus program. Windows Security users allow the game exe file to controlled folder access and firewall
Step 6) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder, Use EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher to launch the game, try compatibility mode, disable full screen optimization
Step 7) Repair EA AntiCheat
Step 8) Repair/Verify the game files on EA App/Steam
Step 9) Delete Cache,filesystemcache & User Settings, you may lose all the saved settings, rename/delete the save game file (this will result in loss of game progress)
Step 10) Perform a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 11) Laptop users with dual graphics card run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 12) Update Windows 11/10
Step 13) Install free EA game like apex legends, run the game, close it and then run NFL 25

Step 15) Unplug external devices such as hotas, pedals, racing wheel, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected. Disable Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay). Close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, perform Clean boot, remove the undervolt
Step 16) Launch the game in Windowed mode, lower down graphics settings
Step 17) Increase Virtual Memory
Step 18) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
