Step 1) Make sure Xbox Companion app is up to date, get all the updates in Microsoft store
Step 2) Update Windows 10 to version 2004: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10
Step 3) Turn on Game Mode
Go to Start/select Settings/Choose Gaming/Game Mode/ Turn it On
Step 4) Increase the Virtual Memory
8GB- (1 GB = 1,024 MB x 8 = 8192 MB) 8192
16 GB- 16384
More than 16 GB not required
Step 5) Turn on automatic updates in the Microsoft Store
Step 6) Uninstall and Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ files: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
Step 7) Do a clean installation of graphics card driver
Step 8) Perform Cleanboot
Step 9) Close all the background application

Step 13) Reset your copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator

Step 17) Verify integrity of local game files
