Uninstall platform manager
If you are using Qubic System Motion Platforms then in this software there is a part of the program used for virtual reality motion compensation, turning that off should fix it.
Disable/close NLR Motion Platform, close all the motion/virtual reality software in task manager or uninstall it, before starting the game use Task Manager to kill all the Motion Systems processes and the NLR app.

Step 4) Restart PC
Step 5) Perform Clean Installation of Graphics Driver

Step 7) Verify & repair the game
Step 8) Create desktop shortcut and launch the game as an administrator using desktop shortcut
