Fix Microsoft Office 365/2021 Not Installing On macOS Ventura Error The Installation Failed The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail
Step 1) Turn on Installer in Full Disk Access option
Go to Settings/Privacy and Security/Full Disk Access/Toggle on Installer
Step 2) If you downloaded the office package from portal.office.com/Microsoft website and somehow it is saved into your drop box/ Google Drive. Users are not able to install from dropbox/ Google Drive, but if you copy/move the installer (Installer.pkg) into desktop then it should work.
Step 3) Create a new user account (with admin rights), try installing Office via that account and it should work.
