Step-by-Step Fix Guide:

Restart Your Router and PC

Power off your modem/router for 30 seconds

Restart your computer and try reconnecting

Use Google DNS

Go to: Control Panel - Network and Sharing Center - Change adapter settings

Right-click your network - Properties - Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)

Set DNS to:

Preferred: 8.8.8.8
Alternate: 8.8.4.4

Allow Minecraft Through Windows Firewall

Go to Windows Security - Firewall & Network Protection

Click Allow an app through firewall

Make sure both Minecraft Launcher and Java Platform SE Binary are allowed on Private and Public networks
