Fix Mouse Click Not Working/Stops Working Randomly in windows 11
Step 1) Press Ctrl-Alt-Del and Esc key on the keyboard
Step 2) Restart PC
Step 3) Disconnect and reconnect mouse, try turning off/on Bluetooth
Step 4) Disable Overlay in NVidia GeForce Experience/Discord, close all the Overlay application
Step 5) Logitech users uninstall all Logitech Software, restart your PC after the uninstall
If you have Logitech software for webcam (Logitech Quick Cam Pro 9000 etc.) uninstall it, restart your PC after the uninstall

Step 6) Disable programs at startup
Step 7) Razers Mouse users uninstall all software and apps which was automatically installed by Windows 11. Download and install only the software recommended by the manufacturer.
Step 8) Clear File Explorer cache
Go to
%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations
Delete everything inside the AutomaticDestinations folder
Restart PC and check
Step 9) Perform clean boot
Step 10) Disconnect multiple monitors, unplug external devices such as hotas, pedals, racing wheel, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect joystick/controllers connected.
Step 11) Check and uncheck Switch primary buttons in mouse settings
Step 12) Uninstall recently install Windows 11 update which you think may have cause the problem
Step 13) Try wired mouse, if already using USB Mouse, then switch to wireless, use trackpad/touchpad
