Step 1) Turn off DLSS or set it to quality, disable vsync and use borderless/window mode, and lower down graphics settings
Step 2) Unplug all the USB devices, hotas, steering wheel, additional joystick, throttle, Razer Tartarus gamepad, Cronus Zen. Close vjoy, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt, Disconnect multiple monitor
Step 3) Switch power options to "Balanced"
Step 4) Try -dx11 or -d3d11 or -dx12 in launch options
Step 5) Increase the Virtual Memory:
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 6) Do a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 7) Roll back graphics driver
Step 8) Disable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), close all the overclocking application, close all the background apps, perform clean boot
Step 9) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 10) Verify the game files
Step 11) Uninstall and reinstall the game to SSD
