Step 1) Set altEnterToExclusiveMode & dx12 to false, set full screen to false
Step 2) Steam users try launching the game from Ubisoft Connect
Step 3) Steam users select No beta chosen in Steam settings
Step 4) Run Ubisoft Connect as an administrator
Step 5) Enable/Disable Hardware accelerated GPU scheduling
Step 6) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security and Firewall, add all the exe files
Step 7) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder, try compatibility mode, disable full screen optimizations
Step 8) Try -dx11/-dx12 in launch options
Step 9) Delete the config file (Saved settings will be lost), Rename/delete the save game files, create a backup first (You will lose all the game progress)
Step 10) Verify the game files.
Step 11) Disable Steam overlay/Ubisoft overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia app, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), do not overclock (set it to default), close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner,
Step 12) Perform a clean installation of graphics driver.

Step 13) Use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to clean and reinstall latest graphics card driver.

Step 14) Roll back graphics driver 566.36
Step 15) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 16) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 17) Install Visual C++ Files

Step 18) Update System BIOS
Step 19) Unplug External devices such as hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 20) Increase Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings.
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 21) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
