a). From any Home screen, tap Apps.
b). Tap Settings.
c). Scroll to 'APPLICATIONS,' then tap Application manager which is available in Settings Section.
D). Swipe right to the ALL screen.
e). Scroll to and tap Bolt App
f). Tap Clear cache button.
g). Tap Clear data button, then Bolt App.
If it doesn't work then go for next steps...
h). Tap Uninstall Bolt App, then Bolt App.
