Just Follow some basic step to fix this Error.....
a). From any Home screen, tap Apps.
b). Tap Settings.
c). Scroll to 'APPLICATIONS,' then tap Application manager which is available in Settings Section.
D). Swipe right to the ALL screen.
e). Scroll to and tap Google Play Games App
f). Tap Clear cache button.
g). Tap Clear data button, then Google Play Games App.
If it doesn't work then go for next steps...
h). Tap Uninstall Google Play Games App, then Google Play Games App.
