Solution:1
Goto settings-security-auto start management
untick all the options, because this will cause some errors,so avoid it.

Goto settings-apps-all-settings
now click clear data option this will erase all your settings cache.

Goto settings-apps-downloaded
uninstall unwanted launchers,becoz sometimes this will slow of your android.
finally once reboot your android the error is fixed.
