In this video, i will show you How To Fix Unfortunately YOUKU App Has Stopped Error || Fix YOUKU App Not Open Problem Android. If you are facing same problem in your android mobile phone it will help you a lot.
Just Follow some basic step to fix this Error.....
a). From any Home screen, tap Apps.
b). Tap Settings.
c). Scroll to 'APPLICATIONS,' then tap Application manager which is available in Settings Section.
D). Swipe right to the ALL screen.
e). Scroll to and tap YOUKU App
f). Tap Clear cache button.
g). Tap Clear data button, then YOUKU App.
If it doesn't work then go for next steps...
h). Tap Uninstall YOUKU App, then YOUKU App.
