Steps to Fix USB Flash Drive Showing Unknown Capacity and Error Please insert a disk into F:

diskpart
list disk
select disk N (Here N is the number showing in command prompt window for USB flash drive)
clean
create partition primary
format fs=fat32 quick

Note- You will lose the data on the Flash Drive
