Check Xbox status for any outage
Step 1) Run Gaming Services Repair Tool
Step 2) Repair/Reset Xbox app
Step 3) Uninstall and reinstall Gaming Services
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

Step 4) Update Xbox App from store library
Step 5) Uninstall & Reinstall Xbox app
Step 6) Uninstall Xbox App & Install It from Xbox Website

Step 7) Make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct
Step 8) Clear store cache Using wsreset command
Step 9) Update Windows 11
Step 10) Install Xbox identity provider and Gaming services

Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 13) Run inetcpl.cpl command
In Advanced Tab
Check Use TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3
Step 14) Update Windows to the latest version using media creation tool
