Download Official MIUI Fastboot Image (.tgz): https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/

Check phone codename: https://mifirmware.com/codename/

Download the Flash Tool:
https://miuirom.org/updates/mi-flash-unlock

Steps:
1. Connect your phone to your PC with a USB Cable
2. Download the Fastboot Image (make sure to choose the right region) & Flash Tool
3. Extract both archive files
4. Open the extracted image .tgz folder
5. Double-click or Right-click & Open "flash_all_except_storage.bat"
6. Open the terminal on the extracted Flash Tool folder
7. Enter the command "fastboot reboot"
8. It will reboot to recovery screen, you can navigate with volume buttons and just select the top option to reboot to system
