Fixing speed sensor fix & reason for damage

0Maintenance reasons for this month was scooter fell and warped the brake lever. Also brake button was damaged on fall, and warped contact clips. And speed sensor went out earlier, causing on off dashboard on odometer readings. Speed sensor scraped against hub after numerous contacts with hub due to small teeth hitting hub gap and improper measurement (srry china, your hub gaps and sensor teeth are really bad compared to Japan's peace sports scooters! ☹️). Grinded and fixed narrow gaps, but for now I'll use my old peace sports spoke.
Scooter still reads .01 amps, 16k volts@193 watts, maybe I'm getting 220 watts with 17 volt charge on stator to resistor sp.
