I was really impressed when I played this back when it came out.
I played it on a friend's Sega Genesis, as I didn't own one.
It's got that Blade Runner vibe and the atmosphere of the game is cool.

Between the Genesis & Super Nintendo versions.
I would pick the Genesis version.
