I always enjoy seeing creators work outside of the box or break their own mold when it comes to effects, designs and styles. As the title of the level states, the most dominant and obvious effect that we're going to see is the "flicker" effect, from the block design, to the obstacles, backgrounds and basically the entire level, coming in and out of frame, appearing and disappearing in sync with the music, a style we don't see to often as it also adds another layer of difficulty to the creation, despite that, the rest of the design is really well made as you'd expect from Hadoken.
