Flight Simulator X - British Airways Airbus A319-132 Landing at London Gatwick Airport (EGKK)
This is the landing segment of my first ever full, successful flight using the Airbus X addon by Aerosoft. I've been trying to learn how to fly this aircraft for a VERY long time, even back when I bought it in 2012. It took all that time just to do one successful flight with this amazing addon. If it wasn't for the ease of the PMDG 737 NGX FMC, I wouldn't have been able to program the MCDU ever. I finally did it correctly this time though, and with no external bugs or problems getting in the way.
I did a popular shuttle flight from Edinburgh (EGPH) to London Gatwick (EGKK) using the British Airways Airbus A319-132 released by Aerosoft themselves. It was a dawn flight using real world weather and a simple flight plan with direct waypoints, plus a takeoff vector and a landing vector. It took about 1 and a half hours to do the entire flight from start to finish, and it's a fun flight for anyone who wants to do short hops. I didn't use any ATC or anything (I'm still too scared to touch VATSIM lol), I only used flight following (you can hear London Center throughout the entire video) and the navigation features of the aircraft.
Also, apologies for no exterior replay of the landing: I completely forgot since I was in excitement that I'd just completed my first Airbus X flight with a nice landing using cockpit view :p
