essentially; it lets you -instead of throwing a grenade with no weapon equipped it lets you give them the middle finger and say "F* You" in either the male or female voice. This is especially satisfying when you just hauled ass to complete a quest for Preston and all he gives you is a few meager experience and tells you to hump it somewhere else. Good for bar bullies! Marcy Long! And also estranged family members! Tell em how you feel by doing it the American way of telling someone to fornicate with themselves. This bird still flies higher than any minuteman flag in the commonwealth!
