Entering flow state requires good feedback. To get good feedback, we need to be ready to make a choice, and then another, and another, and another. The 80% rule is a good method to ensure we make lots of choices, and lots of feedback comes from making lots of choices. I'll demonstrate today with the help of Call of Duty to find flow states, and talk about how to make choices to get feedback. Today's game is Call of Duty Warzone, and we will play Plunder and normal multiplayer.
