Flying with Invisible Katana is possible again in ver 1.23 of Cyberpunk 2077. Video shows how to flying anywhere while wielding an invisible katana in the latest version of Cyberpunk 2077. In addition, see two places of unused or cut content (Bridge Walkway and Helipad). The Bridge Walkway has fully modelled interior and the helipad even has a staircase leading up to it, but both are not normally accessible during normal gameplay. Gameplay is from PlayStation 5 version of Cyberpunk 2077.

Note that it may be difficult to fly using the R2 button on the gamepad. To make it simpler, you can remap the R2 to the O Button by following this video: https://youtu.be/K6ctSRkRT84
