Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood is a 2010 action-adventure video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It is the third major installment in the Assassin's Creed series, and the second chapter in the "Ezio Trilogy", as a direct sequel to 2009's Assassin's Creed II.
There are 9 Sequences in the Assassin's Creed Brotherhood core game (Without DLC).
You start the mission on top of a church building overlooking a bustling town square. From up high, use eagle vision to pick out the architect below. He may not appear immediately so wait for him to walk by. When you've spotted him, the architect moves west. Stick to the rooftops to avoid being detected and meet the architect behind a building to the west. Beat him up.
A waypoint appears on your map and guides you to a building south of the massive wall bordering the village. Hug the cliff to the west as you run south toward the wall. Climb to the top of a building in the southwest corner against the wall and you can make a running jump to grab onto the top part of the wall. Climb over the wall and make your way to the blue map marker.
You'll find the blueprints in an open shed on the south side of the target building. Burn 'em, then focus on going further south. There are guards at the ready all down the path but you can slip by 'em by blending with a group of citizens and filtering with them or useing a poison dart (if you bought it from Leonardo da Vinci)on one of them and sneak past as the other guard watches. When you get near the castle walls, look for a clear path to run to the outer wall and climb on top.
Once on top of the castle's outer wall, we suggest making your way west before turning south. You'll have to make a number of silent assassinations along the way but as long as you're aware of your surroundings (and the surrounding enemy placements) you shouldn't have trouble. When you reach the southwest corner of the castle wall, jump east onto a tower in the center of the fortress.
There's a waypoint on the north side of the tower and behind it an entrance to the tower. Climb up the interior of the tower to reach the very top of it. You'll come up behind four enemy guards that are staring away from you. Activate a coiled rope to the right to kill them. Even better than killing the guards, activating that last switch also puts you in control of the improved flying machine. There are workshops marked on the field that you need to destroy. Target them with the reticule that appears on the ground and fire two shots into the workshops to take them out. You'll gradually lose altitude as you float around, but if you set a fire on the ground you can use the updraft from the fire to fly higher.
Getting full sync on this mission requires you not get hit while flying the machine. The only enemies you need to worry about are guards perched on towers that lob flaming arrows at you. Dodging them is pretty easy, and you can almost completely ignore them without consequence. After taking out the workshops you'll get a couple of moving carts to hit. When the carts are destroyed, you need to finally lay waste to a running messenger on the ground. Take him out quickly to close the mission.
