FM Towns - Some Shoot 'em Ups on Tsugaru Emulator
The Fujitsu FM Towns PC and it's respective console 'The Marty' were created exclusively for the Japanese market, the PC in 1989 with the Marty coming later in '93. I remember reading about them in the gaming mags of the time and being super impressed with the fantastic looking arcade ports on display. I've tried emulating the system before using the UNZ emu, but it was a pain, having to use virtual drives and bat files etc. Cue a new(ish) emu on the scene....Tsugaru. It's got a user friendly GUI and works with every game I tried on it with no messing with virtual drives and stuff. Here I check out a few shmups, mostly arcade ports. They all play great, I was blown away with the Truxton II port, looks arcade pefect! Grab the emu here....
