Fog Of War Sudoku With Circles (!)
0*** TODAY'S PUZZLE ***
A new Fog Of War sudoku today from Celery called Shadow Circles. This is a FASCINATING puzzle which requires some original thoughts to find your way through. It also features some really surprising deductions (to Simon at least). Celery's recent sudokus have all been amazing and this is just another one to add to the collection!

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. The grid is covered with fog. Placing correct digits will reveal the fog around that digit. Guessing is not required! A digit in a red circle indicates exactly how many red circles contain that digit. Additionally, a digit in a red circle must reappear at least once in its 8 surrounding cells. The two given circles contain the same digit. Digits along a purple arrow sum to the value in the attached circle. Red circles may or may not have arrows attached. Arrows do not share cells and do not cross.
