In this episode of forced alt tab is the worst: I literally cannot write code because Windows forces alt tab me like 8 times as processes execute in the background.

All users should have an option to change Alt tab to be a recommendation that has a subtle alert box in the windows menu bar. I lose many hours of work a week and am frustrated to no end because of this forced alt-tab bug.

Doesn't Microsoft have competent employees? They should have enough money to afford top talent by now.
