Forcing The Enforcer

If you are thinking about taking the enforcer, there is only 1 situation where you can consistently get a better advantage than the other spy weapons. It can 2 shot a razorback. But there are also other spy guns that can 2 shot a razorback and do a better job at mid range.
Today I tried to look for situations where the enforcer would be the best weapon to shoot with... honestly take an amby instead and take a little more time to aim. It can still 2 shot the razorback wearing snipers and still give you better damage output and aim cooldowns in any other gun-play.
