Note: This is the last rebalance video (as I don't have Charlotta Halloween). From tomorrow I'll go back to the usual coverage and try to catch up with the many things I had to cover starting from Clarion, the new proving ground weapon.

I honestly question their choices sometimes. Is Forte's third skill party wide really so strong to require it to be locked behind a turn lock?
I honestly don't think so, especially considering that it's just a crit (like the one that Cagliostro has) and a DA buff...

For the rest, she looks pretty unimpressive. They gave her skill damage cap up based on oblivion crests, but it's a measly 10%. Her dark atk up skill is now permanent and stacks with other similar skills, but the number is a low 30%.
Honestly her value hasn't changed much from before the rebalance and I don't think she'll see much more use than she did in the past. I guess it's nice for people who liked to use her anyway?
