I unlock the frame rate at 6:35. You can use higher settings than what I use on this card but the game becomes pretty unstable. Expect crashes. I believe this is due to only having 2GB of VRAM.
Even with the video settings I use I do get occasional crashes. The port as of release is pretty poor. With inconsistent performance, stuttering and all sorts of odd things I hope it gets an update that improves things soon.
That being said, the game itself is fantastic and as you can see, even when running in mostly potato mode, it still looks very nice with lots of impressive graphical effects.
Update: I've since found that you can up the car detail to Ultra without much performance impact. Despite what it says in the description in the options menu this also affects the player car and can add some small details to the cars that don't appear otherwise.
