1Update 1: the new VIP FE edition Jaguar has a bonus for the Top Gear track - this is about 40 seconds per lap, so is a little faster.
Update 2: I'm aware there's a glitch to give you a ton of free levels almost instantly. A) You can use my method if you don't want to glitch and B) the glitch is based on your level, so you can use this method to quickly level up making the glitch more effective.
Update 3: Since I recorded the footage for this the other day, another even faster method has shown up - change to a timed race, do 30 seconds, select restart, then change it to a drift race and make the win condition all players in bucket (or something like that - it's the last option on the advanced options screen). Start the race and it instantly ends, then just restart - it makes it about 10 seconds per 7500xp.
STEP 1: Get a Forza edition car
STEP 2: Start a race in free race mode with 1 lap, 0 opponents, and the shortest possible race that meets the condition for your FE car.
STEP 3: Profit
In this video - I describe how to get 7500 extra xp in a little over a minute. Pick the Ram truck (included in the VIP membership), go to the airfield on 1 lap, 0 opponents, and just finish the lap. Select retry and then just do it again. You get 7500+ xp in under 2 minutes. You then get bonus credits and free cars (and the free cars turn into higher collector rank).
