Fossil Hunters - Fossil Fool - Dinosaur Puzzle Game - Let's Play Fossil Hunters
20Fossil Hunters is a gorgeous puzzle/adventure game about uncovering fossils to make dinosaur skeletons, and it's really rather good.
We play as a guy who appears to have some wood on his back (not sure why) and we delve into a cavern where we dig through sand and rocks in search of dinosaur fossils. We find different bits, like heads, tails, spines and the like, drag them around to fit them together and huzzah, rewards!
Quests are also given by The Collector so we set about working on those to get our hands on the shiny things he offers as a reward.
There's also a storyline, which requires your journal to be completed via the collection of scrolls, rockfalls and little monster things that are a real pain.
Also, this game represents a first in The Geek Cupboard because I'm using a controller, the Steam Controller no less, rather than a keyboard and mouse. Geek Cupboard history is made!

Different fossils can be found depending on the kind of dirt and the environment you are digging in. Using rare pieces or making huge skeletons can result in more valuable creations, but you choose how many pieces to assemble and in what order.
The story so far...
You’ve been selected to join an elite team of Fossil Hunters as they set out on a mysterious expedition, but when you arrive at the Digsite it looks abandoned!
You find an old notebook and some torn pages of research notes, could they lead to some answers about what happened here?
