FOUND A SMALL BUG [CLICK BAIT] | The Technomancer #5

Today I ran into a small bug that is keeping me from progressing further in the game and is frustrating me to no end!
This game is an action RPG set in a cyberpunk style universe that plays very similarly to mass effect and has a combat mechanic similar to dark souls 3! However I have been running into a bug where if you progress far enough into certain missions the game will prompt you to go talk to Eliza Majors, the problem is that every time you talk to her she just keeps telling you that she is too busy to talk to you! Why does the game keep telling me to talk to her when she clearly doesn't want to talk! How do I get past this! I tried talking to the mancers, I did a couple other missions along the way but nothing is working!
