FOUR LEGGED SPIDERS - Let's Play LORDS OF THE FALLEN [Part 2]
9We rejoin our 'heroes' as they work their way around the monastery fortress of Keystone, dispatching Rhogar and infected with skill and grace. Did I say skill and grace? I meant forceful ineptitude. Regardless of the way they do it, they remain alive.
Along their way, they meet up with a monk that's been bitten by a four legged spider. Harkyn being Harkyn, the only way he knows to fix the problem is to cut the poor sod's arm off, magically gaining a new axe in the process. Somehow the monk doesn't simply pass out and die from shock of blood loss, and can have a complete conversation with Harkyn even after his gruesome 'cure' has been applied.
Our duo finds many new weapons and pieces of armor as they progress, including an agility-scaling staff with pointy bits on the end. Somehow it's critical attack involves magically exploding the taint of enemies. Whatever.
After narrowly avoiding death, Ty and James meet up with Yetka, a snobby, angry woman looking for The Pathway. They also find The Gauntlet, a nifty ranged weapon that can be modified with runes to produce multiple effects.
Our episode ends with our Classholes doing a bit of backtracking off camera, that way they can level up and be stronger for the upcoming boss.
