3This is the most highly combo damage I made since I started with the changes, but its execution is not easy.
Foxy
624 A or C: Can be guarded on crouch or stand now.
Close D: Second hit can be only guarded on Stand.
623 B: Damage reduced, faster recovery.
623 D: Damage reduced, slower recovery, first hit time extended (cool for Super Cancels or Cancel bar combos)
214 B: Doesnt throw opponent anymore, damage reduced.
214 C: Ex Neddle can be guarded now on stand.
214214 C: Fixed a bug that cause Foxy to drop the HSDM sometimes.
