0I originally played this game in Spanish, and I feel like that's one of the best ways to experience it. I tried to patch in the Spanish text and voices but that didn't pan out. Game is pretty brutal, particularly on the hard difficulty. The game also features random placement of enemies and some randomization of the level layout itself, I think. You can see some of that in this video where I'll die, reload, and then die from enemies that weren't there before.
