FPV Reviews: The Eachine 5.8 600mw VTX + camera combo
Banggood kindly sent me one of these to do a review on. The quick summary is that I seem to have got a dud, when it works, the VTX is great, but occasionally it doesn't power up correctly. The camera is ok, but I think unsuitable for mini-quads
Update on the failures shown in this video: banggood have come back and said - of course - that if the VTX isn't locking on to it's channel as it should, then it's a failure and so they can replace it. If you get one that's not working right, the people to talk to are cservice@banggood.com
To make things easy, things get sorted out much quicker if you can supply them with a picture, or video of the fault. You can always stick it up on YouTube as unlisted if you'd rather not share with the world. It's slightly non-scientific, but if you've got this VTX/Cam combo and you've used it, please consider leaving a comment to let people know whether yours worked fine, or had a problem. I'm thinking it could at least give people an impression of how good/bad the quality is.
