Free Worlds League vs Lyran Mercs | BattleTech Battle Report
257Six months ago, the 27th Lyran Guard conducted a failed planetary assault on the world of Rexburg. Most elements of the 27th were able to escape off world, but a small number of lances were stranded and scattered across the war-torn city.
A light company from the 5th Atrean Knights recently landed on world to relieve the beleaguered 21st Marik Militia and hunt down the Lyran survivors.
After weeks of cat and mouse, the Knights have just downed an ARC-2R Archer and move in for the kill. Meanwhile, a dropship has just landed on the outskirts of Rexburg city, packed with mercenary reinforcements for the Lyrans – and a way off the planet…
