This is the default login and password when starting PBX In a Flash for the first time.
Login: root
Password: password

Change the root password with command: passwd

To setup password for FreePBX (maint): passwd-master

Specs of my server:
Motherboard: Gigabytpe GA-E7AUM-DS2H Socket 775 LGA (F4 BIOS)
Chipset: NVIDIA nForce 730i GeForce 9400/9300
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 (6M Cache, 3.00 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB)
Memory: Corsair CM2X2048-6400C5 PC2-6400 (DDR2) (800MHz at 5-5-5-18, 1.8v) ver4.1 2GBx4
(This server machine has no monitor. I use RealVNC to connect to it remotely.)
Don't forget to make sure Virtualization is on in your BIOS/UEFI settings. It's ideal for VirtualBox.
