This is the fourth and final mission of the Operation Templar campaign for Descent: Freespace. The objective of Operation Templar is to eradicate the Hammer of Light. We are now in Sirius doing what the debriefing for the second mission told us we'd be doing; rescuing Supreme Admiral Khu from the Hammer of Light outpost here. This is the last remaining Hammer of Light stronghold. Our orders are to extract the admiral and then destroy all hostile ships and installations.

I'm playing through two versions of Operation Templar. This is the Between the Ashes version, which is a more thorough rewrite. I'm running the Freespace Port version, which is closer to the original Volition multiplayer release with just enough rebalancing to make it work for single player, concurrently.
