This console command will freeze all dinos and parts of the environment in place in Ark Survival Evolved. The command is playersonly and the same command is used to stop it.

Bring up the command line:
PlayStation L1 + R1 + Square + Triangle
Xbox LB + RB + X + Y

You may need to type in enablecheats to get commands to work the first time. Don't forget to hit the admin command button after you enter the code. If you hit it twice, it will turn off most commands.
