Magic 8bit VST: https://ymck.net/app/magical-8bit-plug/

Recently, I heard about this free plugin called Magic 8bit . As someone who enjoys that age of video game music, but doesn't really understand how to use trackers (or frankly have the time/energy to learn them), Magic 8bit is a great alternative. The only qualm I have with it so far is for some reason there's a minor popping sound at the end of notes using triangle waves. I don't know why that's the case and supposedly it's been fixed, but I'm still experiencing the problem with the latest version of the plugin. For the track, I took inspiration from the Akumajou Densetsu sountrack which I have been listening to a lot lately, specifically the song Clockwork and it's flowing arpeggios. So I wanted to write something that was focused more on fast arpeggiated runs rather than a clear melody to test the VST. All sounds were made using Magic 8bit with just a smidge of delay on some of the leads and a tiny bit of reverb on the whole track. Enjoy! :D

Side note: I didn't include the noise/percussion in the MIDI visualizer because if I did it would have just ended up looking like a hot mess haha
