Friday the 13th Speedrun in 3m04s (Former WR)
106Frame counted to 3:04.48 RTA Timing, from pressing start to Jason's death. Performed live on Twitch, using an original NES and controller.
UPDATE: With a heavily improved A route (and also a ton easier!) the record is currently 2:53 by PHGuitarGuy. It's a very clean run and I would recommend watching it. I will be back to grind WR soon!
Very solid run. Day 1 went well besides 1s to a bad knife spawn. 2s lost on day 2 to bad Jason luck. He almost never runs away like that with the pattern he had given me (plus not optimal pattern for 1st fight on day 2). Day 3 was perfect besides me selecting Laura a bit slow. But overall, this is a great run and I'm happy with the execution.
This time is excellent and I'm very proud of it. The luck in this game is insane and I'm insane for putting up with it for so long.
