With the ongoing battle over Microsoft acquiring Activision/blizzard, many in the industry and taking to social media to voice their opinion regarding the ongoing battle. One such person is Destin, a popular YouTube personal with close to 90k followers. in his video Destin claims that the FTC has no claim against Microsoft attempted purchase of Activision/Blizzard for 70 billion dollars.

In this video I listen to and analyze Destin's argument while offering some critics of my own.
